Refund policy
Regrettably, we do not offer returns or exchanges on our products. However, if your product arrives damaged, kindly reach out to us at info@stellakosmeticz.com within 72 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the damage, and accompanying pictures for verification. If it's determined that your product is damaged, we'll proceed with a refund or replacement at our discretion. Please note that minor imperfections, such as air spaces upon wand removal or slight color variations, are normal occurrences due to the handmade nature of our products and do not qualify as damage. In some instances, we may issue a gift card to the buyer.
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered received. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or replace lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Should you encounter any issues with delivery, please reach out to the carrier directly. We recommend verifying your shipping address before finalizing your purchase, as incorrect addresses may result in return-to-sender situations. For international orders, please be aware that you may be subject to import taxes upon delivery. Refusal of a package due to these fees or lost overseas packages are not eligible for refunds. Please note that international deliveries may take a month or more to arrive.
